Depending on your location, you may be able to put the system on a clock timer to limit the operation (you will need to monitor the interior temps to make sure you meet codes in the worst weather), you may also benefit from a PAIR of thermostatic controls (the exact name escapes me right now) that are pre-set for the on or off temp, and are NOT adjustable.

If you set up your PDF right you can sign your documents from a scanned image of your signature that you use as a "stamp".Does speed things up nicely and keeps less clutter.
