This comes from the sneaky "non-qualified use" rule that is often forgotten about, even by CPAs.  

You can do a few deals like this and also get some money from the deals too.

I actually just talked to my client from Israel about the same thing.

That's like not paying your $200 electric bill this month and claiming you saved $200.

It's a little complicated so I would contact a CPA, or at least look it up online to guessimate how much you might have to pay.Now if this is your personal residence, it's all different....
