Great callI'm in the middle of a rehab that I tore all the framing out of and salvaged for the entry and wall movesI also kept the 8 foot slider-wood and am going to have it rehabbed by a cabinet company for way less than purchasing a new one forsome of the fixtures were just so calcified that they would not workI saved some of the old light fixtures and refurbished them modern getto- they look really coolthe thing is though is storage- you can rent a connex for a few bucks a month until your ready for the stuff that way they are right there on the property and your not going to a storage unit for the stuff your rehabbingI also kept most of the trashed cabinets- all wood but I'm going to sand blast them then verithane, they will turn out really cool- ive done this in the pastgood luck on your projectenjoy

We have always wanted to settle somewhere on the East Coast and California housing prices are a bit steep to just play around with.

It's probably different on the east coast, but over here in the Portland, OR area oil heating is not very common.

Meanwhile I'm saving as much money as I can for a good head start (most of it is invested in the stock markets, in low risk low revenue stocks).I set 2 goals for myself, which are-1) Ensure financial security for my future family,2) Do everything I can to bring peace to the middle east and the whole world.

Can someone recommend a few places where I can find cheap kitchen cabinets and flooring (laminate/pergo) in the Oakland/East bay area of California.  

So they're coming to Sacramento in droves.Midtown and Downtown will see the biggest surges due to their proximity to the main culture-hub and nightlife we have to offer, and East Sac, Arden Arcade and Rosemont will increase due to their proximity to Sac State.Next will be Oak Park, as the northern part is already gentrified, and raising rents will push those who can't afford it into south sac and north sac / del paso heights.

He was caught in the middle and avoided the conflict as long as he could.

I know we talked about doing that, but I have been afraid of the East Side (west of Cleveland Heights) for a while.
