I had worked with property owner previously, and he had reached out to me about selling the property. after going through the property with the owner and going through the deal analysis on bigger pockets, I went back to the property owner and advised him that I needed to get this property with little to no money down.

I’d keep it, do a little cash out refinance if you wanted to regain some of the $, and just rent it out or STR it and make some money on it..Appreciation always goes up, and a few years down the line (and/if interest rates come back down you could pull even more $ out Tax free!)

I would not recoommend doing your first deal on properties that are 7 figures unless you are worth 8 figures.
