I'm just starting a team and was hoping to gain some insight about which services may best suit our needs.I need a document signing platform like Dotloop or Zipform and also a CRM, mainly for storing contacts, but auto emails & social media posts would be great too as we look to build.Has anyone found something that does both?

It can be complicated if you are not used to reading legal documents, but you should be able to figure out what you can build "by right."2) Think about ceiling height if you have a concrete ceiling.

If managed the property remotely and depended on staff (Staff that looses documents horribly or saves them in undefinable places), I would not hesitate to get that type of software.

My agent ended up completing the repairs on his own in my absence, and the closing company worked with me emailing me all of the closing documents so I could sign everything while in Hawaii in order to make the deadline set by the lender.This is my only deal so far, but I’m confident that without my agent saving the deal multiple times, I would not have been able to keep this deal rolling.
