Have yet to insulate the walls with blown cellulose.

I also had an issue at one property where the walls of the 2nd floor were not properly insulated so the rooms did not retain the proper temps.

Getting some bids (for example, it needs the asphalt driveway replaced and a 25' x 4' retaining wall replaced (currently rotten wood, replacing with concrete blocks/stone face) but hard to know exactly how much $ the repairs would cost (and what he's willing to cover).

I understand you don't want to buy a house that's nearly burnt down to fix but more like a house that may need dry wall or paint or maybe flooring and things that wont cost an arm and a leg and that are quick and easy to do.

Re-did kitchen, removed 3 walls, over time painted and "improved" every single area.

Hey Gals and Guys -I’m hitting a bit of a brick wall when it comes to finding a reliable contractor to walk potential flips with me.

Yesterday the property was inspected and a few things came up that I’m unsure about.For starters there are a few active water leaks (one from the kitchen sink drain) and another that’s in the wall but the drywall is clearly damp.

I see many turo driven teslas at the super chargers.. when we super charge its like a coffee Klatch we all chit chat  :)  whether its a great investment as a business I don't know but to get a free car sounds pretty cool to me..

Stick with Hyatt and Marriott and you stand a much better chance of exit as they are the Darlings of Wall Street.
