So I can earn while I learn( Only want to work there untill my investments can pay me enough to quit) and further propel myself deep into the world of real estate investing.           

We are right next to the best beaches and attractions in the world.

Now the property is not going be a rental property until my grandparents are gone from this world, which I hope won't be anytime soon.But I like thinking long term in case anything happens.From my understanding the average rent around this area is $2000 a month.
