I was doing demo yesterday and today and just about filled it up. we brought some over from #23 as well. this dumpster costs around 450 and I get to keep it for 10 days or so.

If I approach owners here who do not want to carry paper but ask them to create a mortgage note which note buyers would buy for 50% LTV upon closing or shortly thereafter.

But it was her boy friend that put the down payment down 5k then and 5k later which he paid.( he was also the father of some of her children) The house went in default when he found out about it he brought it current.

We tend to be price gouged by our contractor when a problem outside of the scope was brought to my attention.Any suggestions on how to make sure that contractors point out any potential problems and prevent being price gouged by them?
