Tell me what county/state the property is in and I will tell you how to look up the title on line...the borrower's name will be on the title and then perhaps you can locate him/her with a reverse address lookup...Regards,Scott Miller

I gave them 45 days to move, but there were on a month to month lease Actually they called me asking for 5 more days, so I didn't close till day 52. bottom line, there is nothing they can do really they will have to move sooner or later.

I'm sure many people have done this, but I'll bet that most of them don't fully understand why they are doing it, and many of them are losing money without realizing it.What's USUALLY in the back of their mind when they do this, but is often subconcious, is that they are COUNTING on the house to appreciate and/or rental rates to go up.
