You can advertise that on the back of the business card and leave them where ever you go, not just hand them out when someone asks for them.Heck, I had 1,000 businesses card printed up (front and back, full color) from GotPrint.com for $29 shipped.

I did have one tenant complain about this ,  I said , its simple you broke it , you pay  for it , read the lease its in bold print .
