For example, cleaning up a messy difficult situation that is way beyond the normal management expectations.  

Any ideas on how to get these people out of my property , can I call the police and press charges or just show up with a cleaning crew and a dumpster.

No $ till they sign their written notice that they are vacating ... and then actually leave on the date specified with the place clean and ready to rent.

The great part is the legislation allows the Attorney General (an appointed position - and we know from our treasury secretary just how squeaky clean appointees are) to unilaterally make any additional "licensing requirements" in the "interest of public safety."

All, partnerships go in to business with good intentions, rarely does a business go as planned and at some time, one will feel they are getting the short end of the deal, so, it's best to keep things set up so that one partner can leave as cleanly as possible if necessary....so again, talk to your attorney.
