I can't think of a way for him to still leverage the 1031 exchange on the sale of Property B while doing seller financing (or otherwise me securing financing for the 2nd property with the limited available cash)My question is:Anyone have any unique or creative solutions for how to acquire both properties with the cash I have?

Hello All,Preparing a rental for tenants and just realized that there is a longer than normal lead time on the availability of kitchen cabinets.Ikea are proving far too slow.Currently beginning the process with Home Depot.Does anybody have any suggestions where I can get a new kitchen quickly?

I have 10 grand saved up is this amount of money just right or to little to get started in real estate ?

So creativity is my only ally and I hope this little tidbit can help you; If at all possible find stock windows at a local store and modify the openings at your current location to fit.  

Househacking in Austin is absolutely still possible you just need to be creative, flexible on area and realistic.
