I have not done an adjustment request in my market (CA) in over a decade.  

I went to college in the East Bay and then was in SF proper for a decade or so until my wife and I started our family and moved to Walnut Creek.

I believe that the next several years will be drastically different from the past decade.

Some of these markets have declining populations for the past few decades.

To be honest, we have dealt with agents for decades in personal moves and sales / purchases of properties as investments. 

If its similar to what your chatter is, Ive been reading that on BP the entire time Ive been on here which is a decade. 

Maybe better said to say the last decade?

I stick by the rest of my post to do your due diligence and make sure you are fully comfortable and fully understand the investment you are making.Chris I looked at their website prior to my post.. and for me its simply a version of sales lease back.. or rental arbitrage. did not see the 19% but having been in this industry for well 2 decades now  mid west rust belt rentals.  19% passive is something i would have to see and over a course of say 3 to 5 years to believe personally. 

Back on topic.I am a broker / my wife is a broker we have been for 3 decades and 4 decades respectively.

To think that you compare people with decades of specialized training and education to the equivalent of a car salesman...lol.It's like being a property manager, the laws are online and easy to research.
