There is nothing to explain that sort of fall (no late payments, no reduction in income, the refinances were stopped so no change of loans or amount owed, nothing changed with our credit card usage (if anything it has gone down slightly), etc.).

Anyone with schedule e income has been totally left out of the equation other than getting a stimulus check. 

Billing back utilities can be tricky and including them in the rent is for sure going to lead to excess usage.
