If you are in a really hot location a setback on the thermostat is what you probably need, not routinely shutting it down. 

The companies you mention have been around for a while and have stood the test of time.They have stood the test of time in a niche called "turnkey real estate" that has always carried a stigma.So I think that speaks volumes of their quality 👍Nobody is perfect and those that work hard, will eventually make a mistake.As long as the mistake is an "honest mistake".And being a turnkey provider myself for 10+ years now I can sure say that some investors can be a true pain in the A$$ and it feels like they look for drama/issues intentionally instead of smooth sailing lolWith that said, I suggest doing your online research and reaching out to the one that tickles your fancy the most.And then go from there.Wishing you much success.

Everybody wants to use some fancy language in order to have their beloved pets.

Personally, I would create a routine around the test taking experience.

--> Automates a lot of your expense tracking --> Much cheaper than most softwares/fancy sheets --> Will probably save you a couple of thousand extra on your taxes if you follow all the recommendations. 

Over the last several months, the tenant has been letting the dog poop all over the yard and routinely doesn't clean it up.

Service or personal calls, especially routine rent-collection calls that happen according to a predictable schedule, aren't safe.

Aaaand it's the "THE SKY IS FALLING" post of the week, yet again.......I get it, fancy people with grand titles speaking of all there superior command of the numbers and math and what not, that they have there crystal ball upon "The Hill" and we simple-simple people just need to turn off our brains and follow. 

Try not to get to fancy because it seems you end up paying one way or another.

THE SECOND MONTH Somehow during the second month, when the newness wears off and the happiness falls into a routine, the new tenants become confused.
