I know it's more common in commercial to show an "Overhead and profit" line item, but in residential it's just an invitation to never-ending negotiating, bitterness, and anger that a contractor dares to make a profit that's "SO MUCH MONEY!!"

I'm a hard worker and I have read numerous articles, blogs and even attended a few REIA in the Triangle ( known as TREIA here.One question, I have out the gate is where do I find the contracts to use in NC for Real Estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, Wholesale Assignment Agreements.I would welcome the opportunity to work with a seasoned investor, at no charge to sort of learn some of the nuisances associated with being a real estate investor.Thanks...looking forward to taking the "plunge" into the new chapter in my life.

Once you join your local realtor association, NYSAR, and NAR, you will have access to the legal hotline for NY, which can offer a lot of guidance on the topics you listed and the attorneys can answer any questions you have for free.Things like how to associate agents can be answered by the Department of State or a local realtor association.I think that going through your own transaction will allow you to pick up on a lot of things about the process, although if you qualified by experience it seems you would already have been through numerous transactions.
