@Tyler Caglia my 1-4 unit properties are personally owned in my name, with $500K liability on each and a $4M umbrella covering everything.My mixed use is in an S-Corp/INC because I also operated the business My 5-8 unit buildings are in single member and multi member LLCs with $2M liability each

Oh, and about recent deposits- depends on the bank, but if they pick up on the big deposit you can get a letter from your parents saying it was a gift to pay towards the house (which sounds like the truth in your situation if they’re not requiring payment).
