This can mean you'd lose your deposit if not approved for the loan.A buyer's agent in a competitive seller's market will oftentimes recommend:- making a 'best and final' offer since there may not be an opportunity to negotiate with a seller who has multiple offers.

I'm no ADA pro, but I feel like I remember reading in multiple books that landlords HAVE to comply with requests like this (as long as they don't significantly alter the property/structure) but all modifications are at the expense of the tenant.

Also, keep your property in good repair (i.e. don't be a slum lord) to eliminate/reduce your liability in the first place.Ultimately, it does depend on your personal circumstance as to whether to use a LLC or multiple LLC's.

I don't have one specific contact at Cross because I have more than one entity that has policies with them, and they seem to assign the account rep based on the name of the owner/entity.It's important to get quotes from multiple agencies as they have access to different carriers and may quote you higher or lower depending on what other risk their currently carrying in that area/zip code.
