Houses that have gas for the HVAC/water heater....but yet have electric stoves?

In addition to what was said above, Oklahoma is not the most favorable state for Solar, as Oil and Natural Gas have a heavy hand in legislature.

Would like to have separate electric and gas meters on each unit.   

I spoke to my agent he suggested calling national grid to determine the average annual cost for gas and electricity and dividing it by square footage in the house.

But some work requires specialists: adding timbers to the garage to increase its load bearing capacity so that it can become a practical storage area, possibly converting the building from fuel oil to natural gas, etc.I'm looking for someone who can help me manage this process and get the right contractors for each task.

I suspect that the industry trends are being driven by a combination of factors that are sometimes contradictory: (1) gas prices, (2) pent up travel demand & (3) the traveller's perceived personal risk to Covid. 

Tenant pays gas and electric. 

The consensus locally was a sentiment that gas prices are up and inflation is high and they are hoping people will book last minute to see if costs go down and they just aren't booking as far out in the future.

Since they have a low reserve for security deposit, high late payment rates and no metered utility, electricity or gas, I offered $3,000,000.

I created a spreadsheet and increased utilities by a set percentage to see what the average per month utility bill might be if the average oil goes up 50%, electricity increases by 20%, gas goes up 30% and water up 10%.
