@Ray Johnson greetings i appreciate the feedback Ray, yes the owner did notify me of such issues I also check the county website for more info and everything the owner has told me about the situation lined up with the info i came across, i just wonder if i am able to somehow get those taxes and utilities dues cleared alternatively rather than paying out of my own pocket because the property also needs work indeed.
