Hello all! I’m Isaac. I love to hustle and solve problems. I own a small commercial production company called Ethos Films. We produce video content for corporations around southern WI, as well as a handful of national clients like YWCA and Case Construction. I want to get into real estate to build another income stream over tIme and use the tax benefIts for my primary busIness. I worked on a number of investment properties as a laborer through high school and college, and always knew I’d circle back to REI when I found a way to finance deals. * The most beautiful thing about REI to me is that you can force equity.
