Hi everybody,I am currently looking for a software/website/service that would fill the following needs : I have leads (name, address, phone numbers) and would like to have them all in one place and be able to automate follow up texts based on my own preferences (frequency, body).

Do you physically go out to each area every so often to analyze new deals?

@Jessie TetreaultInteresting thought about the key pads, but I thought all of them have a physical lock as well to be used as a backup in case the battery dies in the keypad?

(Age, physically connected additions, etc)I think they are all confusing title elimination as their conversion but maybe I am wrong.
