Not to pick on my own profession as an RE Agent but taking the real estate course, which is a great introduction to the subject, will only get you to undertsand how to sell or buy for others...not neccessarily for yourself.And by all means...ask as many questions as people have the interest in answering :wink:

I have been doing some reading on RE investments and have decided on several areas of which I would like to concentrate on in RE investment:1) preforeclosures2) court house auctions3) REOsHowever, I have so far found that preforeclosures were already jumped by others and owners do not want to talk.

I know how confusing, tiring, and STRESSFUL it is to start in real estate, especially investing in RE.

I recently graduated from high school this summer and want to enter the field of real estate, preferrably investments.

I think I would be more intrested in RE holding co.

Have you gone to any investor meetings at some local RE clubs?

Hi I need guidance, I will be taking my Florida state exam next sept 27th, I'm new to this business and I need advice on how to enter, after I get my should I apply for a "job" as a loan processor or how do i sign up with a mortgage company where I can broke my loans without being in a "payroll" clocking in and out.
