.- dry team bill was sent directly to the insurance- insurance adjuster said that they will send me a check , that will cover for the floors and a cabinet repair.- tenant went to hotel for a day and now moved out of the house until we fix it.Questions:1. loss of rent - is this covered in my insurance?

Holistic Health Care doctors use a PMA when the FDA tells them they can't offer anything other than prescribed drugs.Chiropractors have used PMAs to get started when Chiropractic care was seen as fringe medicine.Restaurants use them to serve alcohol in dry counties.A PMA is nothing more than contract law where two people engage in a contract and in their 1st amendment right to association tell the government they have NO jurisdiction.

I'm basically doing tax prep all year keeping receipts, records, like the rest of us.I try to do a dry run of taxes before year end and get my deductions for expenses organized and look over profit margins.December is CRUNCH month and I try and see if paying insurance or seasonal maintenance for the upcoming year will make a difference on expenses before year ends if I choose to pay it early.

I also go and start towels in a couple of units when we have multiple turnovers, they are the longest to dry
