I keep noticing that when you close a deal with someone they tend to have a different level of respect for you.

Definitely need to know the area though, you can cross a street and be looking at extremely different values and levels of safety.

I live in a townhome that's not huge (1400 sq ft split between 2 levels)On the main floor is the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Even at 10%+ unemployment rate I am not worried on a fundamental level.

I have them at several banks, Citi, Chase, and others, and generally you'll have to have $200K for the first level, and at Citi a million or more for the next level.

We've seen an large increase in short sales and foreclosures in the past 6 months before corona happened so that could grow, but it won't be even close to '08 levels.

I would not close on a deal with this level of uncertainty regarding zoning.
