Their financial problems are not your problem.And really, I get irritated with news stories about how gentrification affects particular races.  

It would irritate me, though.  

But, doing power washing that might irritate them for a few days doesn't qualify.  

Nothing more irritating for a landlord than having to constantly call and remind a tenant of the same rules over and over.  

Fortunately, she could explain it to her lender and FHA, but it was super irritating.  

I have to work really hard not to get irritated with stupidity (of course it's whatever I think is stupid Grin is correct). 

The most irritating thing about them is that they waste your time with an unnecessary appointment, but I was never notified of a complaint.Also, at least in CA, the fair housing dept will first vet the complaint before they will go forward.

This way you are not fumbling thru paperwork trying to find that one piece of paper while irritating the judge.

Just like when you receive an increase year after year with your insurance, lawn care, phone bill, etc and they tell you it's "just business"... do you say ok and continue to pay it, or do you shop around and switch because you're irritated at them for constantly raising their rates?
