The contractor put in staples every 6 inches.  

and throw them in the back of my car to staple underneath these bandit signs where I find them.

Travel is for holidays is almost a staple these days, not really 100% consumer discretionary in my opinion.

If you consider investing with the thought process of using the military as a staple for your tenants (if you are looking at rentals or BRRRR), I would say you'd find some similarity there.

(we had no move-in inspection info so were very limited on options there anyway)So, a couple weeks later, we are still about halfway done finishing up all the repairs and replacing everything due to their home improvement methods such as stapling carpet to the reasonably new Laminate, and adding windows to every door and wall in the place with someones fist.
