Big gov't surely isn't swift to react but saying something beats showing approval of the current standards by saying nothing.

But it's never too late to start your education - and I suggest you just start reading lots of the threads already posted here on BP.Not all tenants are bad - you just have to learn how to identify the bad ones, and to act swiftly to avoid the bad ones or get rid of the bad ones should you find that one somehow slipped through a thorough screening.
