Has anyone heard of and/or used Jeremy Idris Freeman with Swift Mortgage, located in Irvine, CA??   

At the end of the year, it will make it easier to swift through all the transactions much easier if it is in a separate account.Imagine if you have 50 transactions personally and you have to find the 2-3 rental transactions.

if this guy does flame out the poeple that are going to be crushed are the folks who were not swift enough to understand to sell a property sub2 and they are still on the mortgage/ deed of trust is so very risky and to sell to someone with no equity is a fools erranad.

There was one property that took 4 months, and felt like they forgot about it till I emailed them 10 weeks in to inquire...The others were swift and the before/after photos were good. 

Well, that perk is not real unless you are willing to take swift action.

Lots of us have said that.The pain was going to amount to a heightened 10 year(and kill demand) or quick swift chop to the 10 year(and kill certainty).
