The (notorious) electrical utility now requires me to have a special license to dig trenches for underground conduit, it includes a behavioral test....so im nice to their workers. 2 months of portals, videos & testing + $500 annual fee.Im not a fan of ban culture, someone always goes around it somehow.

People still have to be personally looking and/or interested in going to that location, and mostly people searching for accommodations in that area may or may not be fans, and even if they are fans may not be interested in paying a premium.

The tenant has been mostly good, but I have had concerns about housekeeping (she has complained about mildew in the bathroom, which I attempted to address by having a ventilation fan installed with a timer so she could easily have the air cleared while showering and for a set time afterwards).
