What advantage is Propstream when everyone has access to the exact same information, leads, etc.?

first time home buyer i have 10-20% to put down need to explore my options and produce cash flow looking for guidance and someone that can help me run the #s,  please drop your leads and contact info. i just got a lump sum and im looking to grow this

Put another way, is there some sort of exclusivity agreement that prohibits a franchisee from generating other wholesaling/flipping income?

It seems that RentRedi sends them all at once and there is a checkbox that appears that says other reports have been reviewed but for some reason it still doesn't generate the report.
