You just have to be in a partnership and each know your roles in the partnership. 

If you take the role with more time, you may save slower, but you’ll be in a much better position in 2026 because you already know your markets and have your team in place.In my opinion I would lean toward the path that gives you more bandwidth to build your foundation now, even if it means slower saving.

You want to partner with someone who will compliment you and there's defined roles and responsibilities. 

Honestly, finding a cleaner who understands this dual role and communicates reliably.

Many voucher holders have very low incomes and work in low-skill roles.

They all play a role, depending on the situation.It's akin to saying "Speak to me of nuts and bolts".

Also keep in mind, terms other than price will play a role in getting you offer accepted too.

Who is tariffed, what is tariffed, what exemptions, and how much all play a role. 

Where motivated, knowledgeable staff operate in roles they’re not only good at—but genuinely happy in.
