From what I've heard, in our area builders tend to be much more accomodating when it comes to VA buyers.I'm soooooo glad you addressed the 1%, 2% and 50% rules.  

I'm thinking about leasing it to companies for consultants accomodation or executive stay.

Since the cost of overnight accomodations kind of precludes me staying over.We have a "destination" resort, Horseshoe Bay TX, across the lake from us, about a 15 minute drive.

Any private lender/investor that would accomodate me with this is looking at a 200k extra in repayment or possible split earnings :idea:.

(b) is for Accomodation RentalsHere are the Exemptions from this Tax (item #2 would appear to apply to buy and hold long term rentals over 90 days ... not sure what happens if tenant leaves early or gets evicted).

Also, they can be adjusted if necessary to accomodate VRBO or Air B&B specifications.

Let alone my guy's comps and any real rehab bid...I have one in my inbox that I like, but I think she is about 10% high on her ARV, and asking more than any flexible 70% rule will accomodate.

@Todd Krzeminski let them know that you will work with them as long as they work with you on showing the property while they are still there, if and only if it shows well as they are accomodating. if it hasnt rented, then they would still be liable until it is re-rented.
