My experience tells me that people in England and Europe invest overseas lots in places like Egypt, Tunisia, etc, so you could always go on U.K. websites to see where they are flocking to.

I have decorated on a budge my whole life and have furnished a VRBO in southern IL at the Lake of Egypt on a shoestring. 

Had i not had a local Driver pick me up at the airport and if i just rented a car and headed out I would have hit the first one and probably ripped the axle off it and put my head through the roof never seen anything like that in any other country i have traveled to.. had to dodge some dead donkeys in Egypt but you could see those.

I've seen some of their work, not pretty and wealthy Germans go to England, Egypt, India, here, where ever there are no German doctors....least use to be.....come to think of it, that's really a socialist and communist thing to do, limit people's rights to recovery for damages and have a protected class/profession!
