It would matter if the reason a chapt 13 was filed was to stop a foreclosure.Most bankruptcy attorneys will not explore those options because they're limited in how much they can charge to do a bankruptcy and they can't really make any money on this type of "add-on".

Talk to an independent broker who can shop around, raise your deductible to lower premiums, check your policy for unnecessary add-ons, and see if bundling with other insurance gets you a discount.

Sb1211 allows MF to add one ADU per regular unit up to 8. 25% from existing space is correct statewide but there are jurisdictions that allow unlimited.Empty MF zoned lots up to 10 separable with min lot size 1200’.

And honestly, the fact that it’s free (unless you pay for add-ons like screening) was a big plus for me.If you’re building something for landlords with just a few properties, I’d say the biggest win is anything that makes life easier and more organized.
