@Matthew ChrismanI just went to one for the first time this morning from meetup.com called "cappucino, snacks & airbnb discussion" that was about short term rentals.

We pay their tickets, but they have to buy their snacks, so they love doing handy man work.

I thought about driving by and leaving a little care package with some toilet paper, sanitizer, and snacks but I have too much going on with the outbreak at my regular job to get that together lol.

Or will this storm pass over us quickly. 

It was amazing; beautiful machines, all on credit cards, snack bar, TV.

You might need to provide snacks, coffee, and toiletries.

I am now exploring the idea of opening a bakery snack retail store. 

So what I am trying to say is really look at the dates of the eviction before you just pass over someone because an eviction pops up.
