We put up signs at our fire pits explaining about burn bans and such and QR codes on the sign so the guests can check and see if there are any fire bans in place.

A lot of the municipalities here in Kansas City have that (although a law recently passed the state legislature in MO which might ban them, which would be nice).

Additionally, they are blasting thousands of sellers at once, which is causing their accounts to receive 24-hour bans. 

I think it has happened more than enough times, there are states now that are banning unlicensed wholesalers! 

Especially to under funded, under trained, unsophisticated "investors" who could get sued.When you go on his facebook page and ask about these questions, you get banned.

All system in place working 100%, and it was fully compliant but NEW regulations desiring a "perfect" setting effect a total ban.     

Ya that was just your basic bP bait and switch post so they dont get banned for promoting on the open forum  just sayin..

Landlord/ tenant laws are also typically made on the municipal level more-so than the state level with some exceptions like the statewide rent control ban that we have in Colorado...Sorry I just don't see how it can be useful to look at real estate from a state level and pretend that electoral college votes have much if anything to do with appreciation. 

I assume that is to assure them that you live in the rental.HOA's that ban STRs trump the law if it is allowed in a particular area.
