I'm interested in hearing from investors about lenders you've had good experiences with, not lenders looking for clients. 2-4 units has a lower downpayment on a DSCR loan than conventional.

I’ve seen wholesalers earn a 2.5% commission on a transaction and then charge a 10–20k assignment fee on top of that commission.

I’d give the lawyer a copy of the original with notes of words you subtracted crossed out, and words you added printed in red pen where you added them.First, make sure the changes are worth the cost of review, though it should be a one time charge.

This county is stating that the starting auction amount can only include the principal amount of the certificates which we have paid over the last 4 years, but cannot include the accrued interest or the auction fee the County charges investors to start the process (which total ~$4,000 in this case).
