The top still needs two more coats of sealant, which will make it quite glossy - the colour is "Traditional Oak"The sides I painted with a "Sky Grey" colour.

Wholesaling, despite being possible, is a very delicate procedure in Germany.

Tenants hate garish colours and you will have an extremely difficult time renting it if this is not fixed.

@Tina Hu how has your testing gone so far?

You can judge & critique the price of the property all day by what the seller asking price is, but real deals are made all day by consistently making offers and through delicate negotiations.
