If you are, in fact, a real estate investor with that level of reading comprehension, then I commend you (assuming your investments are performing).

This action would greatly enhance investor confidence, demonstrate goodwill, and help safeguard our investments.

For instance, I personally find Zillow applications pretty lacking because they don’t pull the kind of comprehensive info we need to make informed decisions.It’s also important to remember that tenant screening isn’t always black and white.
