They seem to be positioning this toward entrepreneurs, small business owners, and anyone with a viable investment idea but no upfront capital or physical collateral.  

Ignoring that could cause the deal to fall apart, or even lead to legal trouble.It’s also a smart idea to include a contingency clause in your contract.

I considered offering cleaning/hospitality services to other people in the area and creating a mini business with that, but I'm open to creative ideas to gain a flexible schedule with two young kids, aging parents and a business.
