The part about 'foreign national loan' companies assigning a credit score was a piece of the puzzle I was missing.   

That being said , no first deal is perfect, and you have a lot of the pieces of the puzzle, so I'd for it if the numbers are even close!

I am happy to take a look and tell you what you should be getting (there are some pieces of the puzzle missing such as credit score, etc.) 

I view this as a gambling puzzle.

It has always been such a puzzle to me that so many people have not yet figured it out.

It may seem pointless but I've had a number of dialogues with an SEC Investigator who promises they ARE interested and all the information accumulates until they get the magic puzzle piece which allows them to take action. 

Fail at that and you are setting yourself up to lose money.Funding: This is also an essential part of the puzzle.

I'm also focussing more on raising private capital for EU/US syndications, partnerships and ventures, since we all have the same pain in missing the last major puzzle piece when it comes to closing a deal.
