If your broker has ins at a dozen lenders, can get you whatever loan program you want, a broad range of loan scenarios can be serviced, they're communicative, and are an expert at the loan process, and QB the whole thing start to finish and they only charge one point, I'd say they're worth every penny.If they do hardly anything, are sloppy, disappear on you, and gauge you for 2 points, then I'd say yeah, not worth it.
