I'm just thinking out loud here and maybe I shouldn't put it all in writing but I don't have any SDP investors to talk to face to face.

One of the largest expenses we face is often our housing payment.

It is nice to see strategies to not pay taxes, but I think a lot of times people bite off their nose to spite their face.

Now both of them get this puzzled look on their face , I look at their car and see PA tags .  

In addition to BP, I recommend checking out Davis/Weber/Salt Lake local real estate clubs so you can meet like-minded people face to face.  

Because I have a face, I am advertising too much.

This car very well could last 20 years. probably one of the issues Tesla is going to face is the longevity of their cars and selling new ones to existing customers..

Face to face is still the best way to gut-check your decision, and this is a long-term relationship you're getting into, so make the investment in your investment and just fly out.
