Not immediate gratification, but...This company seems to be getting thru a lot of loopholes, surely their contracts, etc can not be that ironclad.

Of course, I really want immediate gratification--results NOW!  

You have some pretty big goals to meet and that will start by delaying the gratification now.It might be a good idea for you to pick up Scott Trench's book "Set For Life" if you haven't already read it.

I just noticed this today when I posted an ad:Discrimination by race/origin, age, family status ('no kids' 'ideal for one'), disability, creed, sexual orientation, or income source is illegal under fair housing law.

You didn't say what platform, but if he does politically oriented YouTube, you could open yourself up to discrimination charges, or, if he does sexually oriented camming, you could be accused of sexual harassment.

Learn a little delayed gratification.

Don't follow the heard and be seduced by late night gurus and there garbage of something for nothing, instant gratification, diseased way of thinking.  

In a world were everything is instant gratification telling someone you engineer packages for pasta boxes doesn't get anyone excited.
