HUD give a maximum number of voucher slots and funds to the housing Authority and once that is filled the only options is to wait to see if vouchers are taken away from tenants violating policy or to wait the following fiscal year.

They've been paying via check for the last 20 years and my dad had been traveling 90 minutes round trip to pick up the checks (multiple times per month since of course they would claim they dropped the rent through the drop slot and it must've gotten lost in the room).

Sinks that hang on the wall and don't really need the base usually have offset brackets that the sink hangs on, that are bolted to the wall, and a couple of slots to bolt the sink directly into the wall.
