MTM rentals are too much work, Cleveland is a great area for MTR's, assuming you're near the clinic and downtown. 

What about a veterinarian  clinic??

I understand off campus well enough, but how do you target VA and traveling healthcare workers in Cleveland, eg Cleveland Clinic listserv?

Restrictions are also routinely put in place to stop those that are overweight or are smokers having treatment if their lifestyles would then undo or limit the effectiveness of that care.There is also a drive to get the NHS to stop doing procedures for which there is little clinical benefit.

He just put down an EMD on a property where he will build his own clinic that is state of the art to this community and he already has tenants in place to cover all costs so once complete he will be rent free.

One in Israeli may finish clinical trials in 3 months.

I do know that Cleveland is enjoying an economic revival based on healthcare (Cleveland clinic regional hub), but long-term, I don't know what that will translate into population-wise. 

West side ,  Cleveland Clinic area , and Slavic Village is making a big comeback. .

Again, their is mass hiring efforts happening now, today, all over, and people choosing not to do the work, ask any electrician, plumber, carpenter, home builder, medical clinic, dentist and so on and so fourth, the "trades" are struggling severely with labor shortages.

Are things like  medical clinics going into public housing going to stay.
