My favorite one, theft which is an increasing issue here in NYC - I would say 95% if not more of the people we catch stealing are wielding an EBT card in their pockets (we know because we typically make them pay for it)The program is so entrenched today that pulling the plug would obviously be disastrous and I do think there are people out there who genuinely do need assistance but the program today should be reformed.

With insurance rates stabilizing due to legal reforms, I just don’t see a crash happening anytime soon.

There was major reform after the crash and as a result these bad practices were discontinued.2.

Since 2009 I have been making, breaking, remaking, reforming, and developing the definition of team and contractor…I just had a call with a licensed plumber I want to join LaPlante Real Estate and explained how we want to prep demo and repair portions of the job to allow him to do high value work while “not eating each other’s lunch”.  

That and none of the "he's reformed" bs passes muster, since it is the WIFE fessing up and asking.
