I just told her today that if the new tenant she has brought brings funds that I am going to give her an additional $200 as a thank you for a spectacular job.

Well this ranch had two homes and it had a spectacular field that in the day would bring in 30 to 50 deer a night to feed..

@Suzanne Griffiths  same with many inner city areas I can show you amazing wood work in San Francisco post 1907 earthquake and homes framed in solid redwood ( which is over the top expensive today)I was in Milwaukee last summer and my mom was showing me were she grew up in the late 30's and 40's homes were spectacular they would be 700 to 2 million on the west coast..

Of course the previous year rent was at the top of the market already and the tenants have been spectacular so I'm just hoping they sign on for another  year. :)

They could stay there for a one bed, $1000+ per night for an island view or stay in my 2 BD / 2 BA with spectacular views.  

@Noah Yashinsky You can definitely cash flow, but I don't think it's anything spectacular right now.

I'm in east central florida along the coast line if that area interests you, rental prices here are going crazy at the moment.
