My group and I work with buyers in Florida and every deal is different for coverage costs.Many factors are considered such as location & proximity to coastline, construction type and materials, roof type, age / condition, home age and condition, home value and rebuilding cost.

Also the other Gentlemen north of me who post a bunch I know he has lake from on lake Coeur d' alane  which is a spectacular mtn lake with crytal blue water and at least it used to big big trout :)

Because the Restricted Zone was originally created to safeguard Mexico’s national sovereignty, especially near strategic borders and coastlines.

The properties that have spectacular views stay busy all of the time regardless of proximity.  

.🤣 This is what club owners and promoters used to tell bands I was in way back in the day "Oh, there won't be any pay but the exposure will be spectacular!" 

The past 4-5 years there are usually 1000+/- SFR listed for sale along the entire 362 mile Oregon Coastline from Brookings to Astoria. 

On both websites I went up and down freeways, rivers, and coastlines to get a feel for the general pricing landscape for much the continental US on both the revenue and the acquisition side.

I think a lot of gotten burned out there from the last few Hurricane seasons and with some revamped FEMA replacement guidelines it really has impacted the coastline, i.e. all of FL.Combo that with insurance difficulties out there, I think there is a LOT of reconsideration from capital markets that are going to impact it.
